The heat is alive in the middle of the summer. It is warm. Too warm! We enjoy being outside in the sun and enjoying beer gardens, BBQs, and beach days. However, during those hot summer nights, it can be difficult to sleep, stay cool in bed, and unwind. To find a position in bed where you'll be comfortable enough to sleep, you're tossing and turning. Even if the windows are open to let in some cool summer night air, it won't make much of a difference if it is 30 degrees outside.
